- DKDebi KilarDec 18, 20255.0My letter carrier went completely above and beyond today and I want it known to all. I’m elderly and live alone. I was trying to get my trash to the curb and was slipping and sliding. A fall would be awful. He saw me and took charge, taking my trash bin all the way down my driveway!! I wish I would have gotten his name but he delivers on Churchill across from dollar general. Thank you Mr Postal Carrier!!

After wading through 5 mins of stupid menu selections on their automated system, it told me I'd have to wait 25 mins to talk to a representative! Absolutely RIDICULOUS!! This is unacceptable! My tax dollars fund this train wreck of a business and if I want to call my local office I damn well should be able to find a number for them.

Thing is I've picked packages up from them. It seems like your only aloud to pick stuff up depending on who's working
