The older guy (who I think might be the postmaster which explains why he still has a job) has always been outright rude, insulting, slow and one of the most unfriendly people I've ever had to deal with in a customer service related position. If you have ANY questions he will treat you like you're a moron. If USPS cared about their customers such a terrible employee wouldn't be allowed to ruin things for everyone.
