I live in the Oxford landing homes and the box for the bigger packages never open. I have to fight to open it every time. Other than that I have great service

Lost my package that I sent back for a warranty replacement! Update: I had to call once, go up there twice, and send a email but the package was found as of this moment. Currently out for delivery. Second update: Charged me extra later for not selecting the right lable, but they waited weeks after they sent it to do this? Seems like they did this to get back at me because they lost my package and I had to make them find it.

Mail to/from outside of GeOrgetown takes an excessive amount of time to receive. Over the past three years, every item of mail I have sent has taken 5-10 business days or more to reach the recipient. Mail coming in is no better. Received a Christmas card sent in October 2016 in may 2017. There are post office markings to prove the delay. It was received in the Georgetown office in October but was "misplaced". So glad to be moving and to no longer have to deal with this office.
