I have had a piece of certified mail that has not made it to it's destination for 38 days. I had to do a Missing Mail Search October 24th. It was lost in PONTIAC, MI for weeks. It has been sitting at Jacksonville for a short amount of time. I've stopped into the Fremont location twice and was told different information. And once was today, November 18th. The younger female clerk told me they only give refunds for Express Mail. When I was in there October 31st, another female clerk told me that her Post Master was not in today and went to the back for a while and then came out front to tell me that I would have to wait for 30 days to get a refund. (Missing Mail from OCTOBER 1O- NOVEMBER 28TH) I called the Oak Harbor Post office again (now several times for them to guide me), and they have been extremely nice and helpful. So I am hoping that this Mail gets to the correct destination or gets returned to me. I had asked the clerk at the OH office if there's another location that I can send mail from that does not go through PONTIAC, MI. She let me know that Tiffin and Fostoria locations go through Cleveland. So I drove to Tiffin to resend my certified mail (with the Return Signature Reciept) that I had originally mailed the first time from Fremont. Of i have anything important to mail out certified, it will be at the Tiffin Post Office, as it goes through Cleveland.

This was my first time at this post office and went in looking for blank shipping labels and the second I stepped in the door the two ladies working behind the counter would not stop starring at me and giving me weird looks. I don't know why, but made me super uncomfortable and confused. They were eyeing me down the entire time. When I didn't see any by the shipping supplies I asked if they had any and was met with "I don't know what your talking about" and "umm we don't have those". Every post office I've been to has them or at least know what they are. If you work at usps and don't know what blank shipping labels are I would be very concerned lol. Weird vibes here.

Rude and uncaring of customers, they care more about getting you out of the way then taking an extra step to help.

They made a mistake and came back and fixed it. Can't ask for much more. Thanks!
