I had a package marked as “held at the post office at customer request,” which wasn’t something I requested. When I picked it up, there was no ID or signature required, so the messaging was a bit misleading. Additionally, during checkout, the employee used the card reader and selected a feedback/tip option without mentioning it to me and selected the most positive option on my behalf. I don’t believe there was bad intent, but it would be helpful if these things were communicated more clearly to customers.

The mail carriers and the ladies in the post office do a great job and give excellent, friendly customer service. We are moving out of the area, and will miss our local USPS friends, especially Chrissy. Thanks, ladies!

I have had it with this post office. Someone up there is throwing my mail out and I am reporting you to the government. I have not gotten my taxes for my property since Feb. of 2010. I did not receive my tags for my cars this past year and had to buy replacement tags. I didn't receive my cable bill for about 6 months and I know now that it's all because someone up there throws my mail out. As soon as I can find the government site I am reporting this post office for this. You people make decent money and there is no excuse for my mail to not be received by me. The office for taxes says that there is a notice sent out every 6 months, SO WHERE ARE THOSE NOTICES.?????
