Was just there to have some important documents printed. Didn't want to do on home printer, as wanted better quality paper/printing. The man was very nice and said it would be a couple extra cents per page to wait on it. I said okay. He said it would be about 15 minutes. My sons and I were the only customers in the store except for two other people who left shortly after. I came back over 15 minutes later and he saw me and said nothing. As it looked like he was at the printer I assumed he was working on my order. I stood around for about 5 minutes then walked around and then came back and stood there about 10 more minutes. I didn't see the guy anymore so I walked up and the other guy (who was there the whole time) asked if he could help me. I said I was waiting on my order (which he knew) and he asked my name. I told him and he said, "It's been ready. The other guy left for the day and he said you'd be coming back for it." So, I basically waited over a half hour and could have waited an hour or more and they would have said nothing to me even though I was standing right there waiting. Plus, there were four other employees in the store even though the whole time I was there I saw only two other customers come in and leave. And three of them came up to me at different times and asked if they could help me find anything! I had to keep saying I was just waiting on a print order even though they were all within a few feet of each other and could have heard me tell each of the others when they asked me. I hate to sound like an old fogey but doesn't anyone care about their jobs anymore?
