  I’ve been to this store for Amazon returns probably 10+ times and I’ve never had a bad experience. These people are always so friendly, no matter if there is 1 or 15 people in the store. Thanks for always having a smile on your faces and having a positive attitude!

  Let me just say that I am impressed with the UPS store number# 2447 in Findlay, Ohio. The clerk is so knowledgeable, friendly, and professional and… Fast! My returns to Amazon were processed efficiently. Unfortunately, I did not get the ladies’s name, but it was a Sunday morning 10 AM March 1 and she had spiky black hair. Thank you for Hiring such competent employees. She needs a raise and a cookie..
