For the 10th time this year I get a notification that a package was left at my door only to find nothing is there. No knock, no package, and now it’s MY PROBLEM to track my package down. No compensation for my time, no service. Complete trash of a service. Thanks for either losing or stealing my package and expecting me to track this down for free on my time.

For a business suffering steep decline in mail volume and increased competition in package delivery, it's astounding as to the exceptionally poor level of service offered by the USPS at this location.
There is often a line, with only one attendant on duty. She is surly and short with customers who have questions. If you don't have exactly what is needed she will summarily dismiss you and tell you to come back "with the right documents," but she won't bother to tell you what these are. If you spoke with someone else previously, she will tell you they were wrong and you have the wrong information. When confronted with information from the USPS website contrary to her beliefs, she will get very huffy and start slamming things down on her desk as she "helps you." I know this sounds like an isolated incident, but while it did happen to me (twice) I have since gone there to use the self-service station and watched while she treated others the same way. As a result of such sterling service, the self-service station is now always backed up as well with customers dreading to have to go to the counter.
Ended up getting a P.O. box and paying to have UPS/FedEx deliver all packages. Just too unpleasant to deal with staff at this location.
