If you need the clerk when it’s busy, you might have a wait. Such is life. However, all the staff I’ve interacted with have been patient and friendly, and I have no complaints.

GO to the Copley one I assure you they are very personable, helpful, and they do not mind doing their freaking job! The women at this place are rude. They are the typical prideful women who are pretty much "honey do not tell me how to do my job. Now sit back and watch me bad mouth my manager and be rude to everyone " They do not want to their job, and they will make that clear. One of them seems to have a slight conscious like she may want to fix the things she say, but not completely. I was yelled at while here that I should be GRATEFUL they are helping me. They were posting a package for me, is that not their job? They were ok at first, but goodness you better not mention how you have been there for 45 minutes because then they have free reins to scream at you.
