If you need the clerk when it’s busy, you might have a wait. Such is life. However, all the staff I’ve interacted with have been patient and friendly, and I have no complaints.

- GBGena BrewsterMay 8, 20201.0Negligence of a mail carrier lead to my package being stolen from my large apartment complex so make sure your delivery options and where you want your package to be left are clear. Delivery times may not be accurate. My package was delivered two and a half hours before I got notified it was delivered and in that time it got stolen. Normally, if something won’t fit in my mailbox it’s delivered to my door. I waited all day looking between my door and my mailbox. The carrier left it at my mailbox, where at least 20 other mailboxes and a main road are located and notified me two hours later it had been delivered.

Amanda, is a supervisor there and has always been nothing, but helpful and compassionate. Anytime there is an issues, its usually my fault, or I misunderstood some policy, or procedure.
