- KKKyle KaczmarekJan 2, 20261.0We have been rescheduled three times, and haven’t had water since 12/23 when their first delivery was supposed to happen. We’ve had 12 empty jugs sitting outside for over a week. Three of them were cracked upon delivery. Their “customer service rep” said that “they don’t have the water that we want” and that bc they offered another solution, which was to have a different t type of water, still not delivered today, that they can’t give us a refund. Awful company, awful one month experience, awful business that does not care about their customers or their service, and awful communication with customers. I would never even consider this company if you are researching water delivery. What a waste of money. Back to the store to get water bc this awful company is incapable of doing their paid service.
