Your automated phone service is terrible. Please make it to where we can talk to an actual person

The inner workings of this facility are certainly baffling. I have had multiple packages get misrouted at this facility, instead of being delivered to me. A Christmas gift i ordered, for example, arrived here, then was sent to Massachusetts. I dont understand how this even happens, or why it happens so frequently. I understand postal workers have an extremely physical job and work long, hard hours. I know it isn't easy and I empathize. However, there just seems to be a lack of care and it causes me to question the competence of those working at this facility. Misrouted multiple states away on multiple instances, instead of being delivered to my Fairfield address.. I just dont get it. Hopefully things can improve. I just ask that, in the future, postal workers can try not to take their frustration out on people who just want to give their family gifts for Christmas, or anyone who just wants to receive their mail within a reasonable amount of time.

Every time I’ve gone into the post office, I’ve been greeted with a smile. Dana has gone the extra mile for my daughter when she was upset, and it meant so much. Thank you so much for the amazing hospitality.

Waited 20 minutes to buy stamps. I feel like they’re having a competition with the tax office across the street to see who can be the most inefficient. Even the parking lot is overwhelmed. Why did you take away more of the drop boxes? Why does everyone there move slower than a snail. This city is incompetent from top down

Outside of the people that work up front, every person at this post office needs to be fired, starting up top. I received two notices on rwo separate days that they had two certified letters for me from Butler County Courts. I was at home both times. The postal carrier never came to my door or even got out of her vehicle. She simply drove bye my home. Each day I went to the post to pic up these letters and they couldn't find them. After the second visit there I was told to sign to notices and that would allow them to leave the court notices in my mailbox. I watched the driver pull up, put things in my mailbox, the drive to the middle of my yard. She sat there for a few minutes the drove off. After I was done working, I went to the mailbox and nothing was there. I went back to Fairfield again on Monday. The postal carrier was there, but hid in back. Her worthless manager came up and said they could find anything. Told me to give him my name and number and he would call if they found it. I stayed there and called Butker County Courthouse. The woman on the phone laughed and said this happens all the time with the Fairfield USPC. She gave me the option of having it resent, or have me pick them up. I picked them up because I just don't trust this group. They don't care about anyone but themselves and run the place like a club for themselves to hang out and get paid. USPS, do the right thing and fire every one of those worthless employees.
