Would be nice if the clerk behind the desk would have offered to help when he had no customers. Instead I stood in line behind a lady that took her sweet time even with a line behind her. It's not that difficult to have all of this figured out and bar codes ready when you walk in so that other people don't have to wait 10 minutes to quickly scan in 1 package.

The door was open and I was stopped in the lobby and told to leave for the aforementioned reason. I said I didn't need any shipping service of any kind, I just wanted to drop an amazon return (was boxed, taped, and even had a hard-copy of my QR code on the box for your store's convenience). He told me no, that I'd have to come back later... just to drop a box. Abysmal customer service from this guy. A business is only as strong as it's weakest link... he is the weak link in your chain.
