Addresses CLEARLY VISIBLE on ALL addressed mail. Just too busy on their phones to actually pay attention and do their job. I called USPS and informed them of this, asking that they NOT reprimand the postal carrier, but emphasize the importance of their job. It obviously was a waste of time.

Then I have to listen to this woman disrespectfully address me, raise her voice at me when I have not engaged in her nonsense, and after waiting and waiting she told me hey, things happen I'm not perfect. So no package, no customer service, no respect, and now, no recourse either just too bad. Wow! Our tax dollars at work. Unbelievable!

Constant damage complains although I've been packing things the same way since 2007 and never got complaints til recent.
