We called, followed up 4 times, in writing, and then had to call again. This is a terrible way to do business. My son, who is a minor and works hard for his money, could not get these leaches off of his debit card.

Customer service Doug Parker contacted me and said. We can’t give you your money back! I informed him know one told me the policy. I asked him to have his manager Corey Patterson to contact me. Instead Corey sent me a email 2minutes after as if he didn’t want to address my issue verbally over the phone. I thought it was very rude of him and he’s the Head of Customer Service Associate! I asked that I would be payed out from the Months they were taking money and they said “No”!
