I have been into this post office in Enon Ohio, five separate times to meet with the postmaster during the hours in which I was told he was supposed to be there working. On the sixth time entering to talk to the postmaster I was greeted by one of the rudest people I have ever talked to in my life. That guy happened to be the postmaster. I tried explaining my story, a handful of times and was interrupted every single time with a very negative attitude and a very rude demeanor. No facilities employees should ever talk to people this way much less a government employee. I’m not sure I’ve ever been treated this poorly for Service in my life. This man needs disciplined and should be required to attend Customer Service training since he is dealing with the public.

This post office has consistently given me a hard time other than once. I’m overall a happy person and try not to complain, but the way I was treated today I feel needs to be addressed before this place goes downhill. I came in with my daughter looking for a bubble wrap envelope to ship my item. I asked the guy at the counter if he had any medium sized ones and he said no. I asked if he could do a large for the price of a medium and he also said no but I could go down the street to a store to find something more suitable to my needs. No worries, I will get the large. So I go to the counter and he tells me I have to go to the counter on the other side of the room to fill it out and seal it. Nobody was there and I usually do it right up front, but once again, no worries. I understand he told me that in case someone else comes in to be helped. So I fill the thing out and seal it. He rings it up, charges me, prints the receipt and then proceeds to tell me that I can use a medium sized priority bubble envelope next time I come in to save money. They didn’t have those stocked… and I ASKED for a medium sized bubble envelope… I understand you may not like your job, but not helping someone with a solution that you have and offering it AFTER they have paid the more expensive price when you KNEW you could help them, but chose not to, and now AFTER they have paid there’s nothing you can do is WILDLY rude. I lost money on the sale of that item I had to ship because the guy working the counter today had a problem with helping me. I’m not going to make a scene in a post office if that was what you were hoping for, but I feel bad for the next person who’s having a bad day.😬 so… how your experience is going to go is definitely because of who is working that day.

Been trying since noon to contact someone and no one is answering the phone...now going to a recording saying to call back... I'm looking for my package they have had or should have had delivered to me today. Never again will I us the postal service for shipping after what I and a friend have been through since February 26th over a package. I want the package back ( that was sent back)so when I get a chance I can hand deliver it myself to my friend.

Downtown Enon is like Mayberry and the Enon post office is a slice of that all American pie. It's small but has everything you need, and the guys behind the counter are always friendly and helpful.
