- CCCaptivatinghomesohioOct 29, 20251.0I have been into this post office in Enon Ohio, five separate times to meet with the postmaster during the hours in which I was told he was supposed to be there working. On the sixth time entering to talk to the postmaster I was greeted by one of the rudest people I have ever talked to in my life. That guy happened to be the postmaster. I tried explaining my story, a handful of times and was interrupted every single time with a very negative attitude and a very rude demeanor. No facilities employees should ever talk to people this way much less a government employee. I’m not sure I’ve ever been treated this poorly for Service in my life. This man needs disciplined and should be required to attend Customer Service training since he is dealing with the public.
