I’ve called numerous times and checked the hours seeing that they open til 5 during the week days, but not once did I receive anything nor get a notification that they tried delivering it again. Horrible service. Horrible policy. Horrible place. Please save your time.
- EAEthel AutenDec 23, 20222.0On Dec. 16, 2022 I mailed a package to my brother in Tenn. When I tracked it to see if he got it, the message said it was delivered to his neighbor as requested. I DID NOT REQUEST THAT. When I called the Englewood P.O. the lady said the employee must have hit the wrong key when he rang up my package. My brother lives in the country and doesn't have any close neighbors. Shame on the man at the Englewood P.O. for creating such anxiety for me. It took a while for me to get this resolved!!
