He actually never processed the return so I am out of my item and the money that was supposed to be refunded. This place is a mess and should just be shut down. I miss whole foods returns.

It was perfect. When I asked the clerk if she could mount the poster on foam board, she said I'd need to come back. When I explained I was on my way to the bridal show, she took the poster back and not only mounted it--she laminated it too. I was beyond appreciative and grateful. Oh, Staples was $15 less for a better product.

I’ll thank him every time and he just says nothing. I tell him one of my packages I forgot to tape and he just throws it in the return box even tho tape was right next to him like ok I guess the clips will just fall out everywhere. Thanks I guess
