The mail truck goes down the street beside us and around us but refuse to go down Broadway st. I have important documents and papers that I can’t get shipped because they’re the type of important to be delivered to your door, not a PO Box. It’s ridiculous that I can’t receive MY important mail because they are too lazy to deliver it. I have had no problem picking up my mail from the PO Box bc at least I can receive my mail. But this mail has to be delivered to my door and they refuse and theirs no other way for me to get this mail unless I use someone else’s address entirely. Absolutely frustrating.
