- NINo Name (InsertNameHere)1 day ago1.0Every time I go in to collect a package Im immediately met with rudeness and disrespect. If you do not want people to have packages shipped do not accept money to deliver them. The old long hair lady appeared drunk today.. I asked for my package and she put her elbow on the counter, her head in her hand, and acted like her child just passed... Not sure whats up with these employees, if you go in the morning you get "I dont know I just got here" if you go in the afternoon you get "I dont know I just got back from lunch" Your open 2 hours, go to lunch for an hour, open for 2 hours and its too much to handle? Ship everything you can with anyother company... Tysons pigeons would be more reliable and respectful...

I decided to go to Duncan Falls today and I'm so happy I did, the lady working was so sweet and helpful with what I needed to mail out!! I also appreciate that they had seasonal decor out front. Such a welcoming little post office. Thank you!
