I tried to reach them through Amazon and they keep hanging up on me. I can't believe they are doing this. I've been waiting for this since Monday it's a birthday gift for a family member. They ruined all my plan. I will report this to BBB.

Same employee was answering personal calls while helping people. This is why your packages arrive damaged. This is why things get lost in the mail. Employees just don't care

Eric, or Erik the middle-aged white guy, is rough with the packages, has used profanity behind the counter and should not have a job dealing with the public. They have sent my packages to the wrong places taking them forever to get to their proper destination. The front doors barely work, and the outside is pretty ghetto. And in Dublin, Ohio. Do NOT go there. The Emerald Pkwy location has friendly staff and gets your packages in the proper direction.
