  I went into the store Sunday 11/09/25 11am. I dropped off my UPS package with the label and tracking all tape on the box and ready for scanning. The lady said, just place it to right side of her on the counter. She was just finishing up with a customer. As of today, Monday the package is showing nothing on the tracking number. It hasn’t been scanned or shown received. I have called 3 times the location and only option is to leave a voicemail. The item I was returning was 240.00 item. They better have visible video cameras. When I left the store there was other customers behind me and I hope no one decided to walk away with my drop off package. The employee seemed to be the only person working the counter.

  This store consistently provides the best customer service. I ship quite a bit and my packages always make it to their destinations and on time. The employees are ALWAYS friendly and fast! After reading some of the other reviews, I felt like I had to edit my review. I also had to check and make sure I've been going to the same store as the other reviewers! I have never been treated with anything less than respect by any employee in that store. I ship everything from there and the woman that usually helps me is always great - smiling, joking, friendly. Additionally, the store is always clean and always smells great (tbh, if I smell anything, it's usually bread from Subway). This is my preferred store over any others I've tried.

  Today I visited this UPS store to drop off an Amazon return package. Unfortunately, the female employee I interacted with was extremely rude and confrontational. She misunderstood my request, refused to listen when I tried to clarify, and accused me of being rude instead. She even told me to “leave the store,” which was completely uncalled for.This kind of behavior is very disappointing and does not reflect the professionalism I expect from a UPS Store. I will not be returning to this location again. Please look into this matter to ensure other customers are not treated this way.

  I’ve been coming to this UPS Store for years, and I’ve got to say — the staff are always awesome. They’re friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful every single time.(They personally get 10 stars each. Especially Tiffany she's absolutely a rockstar!) But that front door? It’s an absolute nightmare. If you’ve ever tried walking in with your hands full of packages, you know exactly what I mean. There’s no automatic door and no foot lever — so unless you grow a third arm, you’re forced to juggle everything just to get inside. I’ve dropped countless packages over the years because of that door, and honestly, it’s ridiculous that nothing’s been done about it. At this point, they really need to install either an automatic door or at least a foot opener. It’s a safety and accessibility issue, not just an inconvenience. Love the staff, but that door setup has got to change!
