- JDJohn DoeFeb 20, 20201.0Was trying to send a time sensitive package to my family and was given an arrival date that would have worked if not for simple fact the employee that helped me failed to let me know that they already had their last pickup for that day. I might have been 30 minutes past that cut off date (assuming the truck actually arrived on time), but It was stressed multiple times that it needed to arrive at the given date. If they had simply let me know that the last pickup already happened I would have chosen a different service. Also, why would their system let store staff pick a time that is not possible? TLDR: Employees are poorly trained and/or lack attention to detail. Stay away!
