It has been 5 months, I’ve returned multiple times, made calls, got in touch with upper management and yet no progress on a package that was lost by this post office. The tracking number shows that it has never left this location since I tried to ship it back in October. And to think I paid extra for express shipping. This location is a gamble based on if the employees working that day care about your items enough to scan them
- MMMikeDec 11, 20231.0This complaint is specifically about the postmaster 5homas and his incompetency to change and upgrade a mailbox lock key for over 2 months, I was not able to get my mail and I had to go there every single week to remind them to change the lock and wasn't able to get a court notice, so then I was arrested because I didn't show up for a court date I didn't know about....

- STSusan TafoyaSep 16, 20195.0Have dealt with the location for 5 years and can honestly say I've never had a problem with anything or anyone there. Small town post offices are great. They know you by name (especially Jason!) and are quick to help in any way they can. Plus the fact that recently, they have gone out of their way to spruce up the place - from the garden out front to the little plant that's on the sorting table in the lobby. Speaking of the table, when they removed the copy machine, there was no place for sorting and I mentioned that it would be nice to have a small table out there. Well, we have one now. So thanks from a satisfied customer!
