My Family has held back from doing this for years but due to the experiences we've had recently, we feel it is time to Voice our Grievances. Generally, our mail arrives unmolested. However, our mail often arrives "Shriveled" or folded with Envelopes half open. In the entire twelve years we've lived at our current location there has been over 100 times when EVERY piece of Mail is for another Address. What makes that worse is that every Piece of Mail is for another Road. Within the last several Months I've mailed packages and they've arrived with the content broken or otherwise damaged. On June 20th 2019 I received a notice that a Package I've been waiting for is available for pick up at the Dorset, Ohio Post Office. I want there to claim my package and I was told that the Package wasn't there. I wish the Hell that i didnt have to use the USPS. I would rather use an Independent Postal Service.

If the post office could get their $h😡t together, that'd just be outstanding. Lost packages, damaged items, failure to deliver mail (particularly priority) when promised...oh, and let's talk about the FABULOUS hours of operation. 🙄😡 They'd get ZERO stars, but that wasn't an option.
