Some of the people who work here are nice, others are definitely not. I got a smug attitude from one of the workers because I had to scan my package in with them instead of the kiosk machine because my package contained lithium (requires UN label from me and hazard label from them). She told me I am wasting other people's time because I could just use the kiosk. However, this worker didn't even know you cannot scan hazardous packages at the kiosk, and again, gave me a smug attitude. Every package I have dropped off here arrives at the destination weeks late. I dropped off a package 2 days ago at 11 am, and it still hasn't even been shipped out of the building yet. This has happened with 3 other packages in a row. And once they FINALLY ship out of this place, the transit takes forever. I had a package go from Delaware to Pennsylvania. After 2 weeks of no updates, I put in a missing mail order. It was miraculously in Atlanta, Georgia... HOW??? AND IT WASN'T EVEN SCANNED IN. IT WAS JUST SITTING THERE AT THEIR FACILITY. I have to go in person to ask about the package I dropped off two days ago because USPS's AI phone bots are awful and I can never connect with this USPS. I am likely going to be switching to UPS from now on for my listings on eBay as I have never had issues with their system and they're far more reliable based on past experiences.

This phone system is the worst I have ever used. Is this a way to enrage customers? When you need to speak to a representative, why do they create a system that keeps asking you the same information and never lets you through to a rep? As much as we pay for shipping this is reprehensible. It is not wonder they continue to loose business.

My fiance went in there because we had her sons s. S. Card coming. Had gotten the informed delivery email with a picture of it saying it was expected today. Have never not gotten mail that showed up in that email. Well this time it didn't show. She went down there to inquire and the lady was extremely rude and unhelpful. Kept cutting her off and not letting her explain trying to tell her stuff that if she's just let my fiance finish her sentences she would have learned that we had already tried those things. Clearly had zero intentions of trying to help and was extremely unprofessional. Even called usps customer services and when I told them our experience they were astonished and had said that no, going to the local part office is exactly what we were supposed to do. My fiance is a very timid, respectful and passive woman that never gets worked up when talking with a stranger and this lady at the post office got her to almost Karen levels.
