Have never not gotten mail that showed up in that email. Well this time it didn't show. She went down there to inquire and the lady was extremely rude and unhelpful. Kept cutting her off and not letting her explain trying to tell her stuff that if she's just let my fiance finish her sentences she would have learned that we had already tried those things. Clearly had zero intentions of trying to help and was extremely unprofessional. Even called usps customer services and when I told them our experience they were astonished and had said that no, going to the local part office is exactly what we were supposed to do. My fiance is a very timid, respectful and passive woman that never gets worked up when talking with a stranger and this lady at the post office got her to almost Karen levels.
