I received an automatic follow up survey asking how my experience with my inquiry was, and I was brutally honest and said that nobody had reached out to me and nothing had been done. Some amount of weeks later and I’ve received no response to either my initial complaint or my follow up complaint. I’ve had to accept that my package is just gone.

You have to jump through way too many hoops to get a live person and the computer gets stuff wrong more often then it gets them right. I ordered a package and it was shipped to me on November 29th. Here it is the 12th of December and nobody seems to know where the package is at. I know damn well it does NOT take 13 days to come from the far east to the US. All I want to know is am I going to get this before Christmas or is it going to show up in January 2019? Why is this so darned difficult for the 800 number to tell me?
