So nerve racking to pay so much for shipping and always just 1 person and a line clear from one end to another of building on a Monday. Guy walking back and forth think he stop for a min help out the young lady do it all. It’s ridiculous and service Week after week I hate leaving bad reviews, but perhaps sooner or later something will be done on this issue . I kid you not It’s week after week Been in line now for 38 minutes

The reviews here claim the staff are extremely rude and wow they were not wrong. They are horribly rude and unprofessional and just flat out unkind as hell and EXTREMELY unhelpful. The customer service representative also didn’t communicate at all really but when she did speak she was angry and crazy rude. Avoid if you can. Why do you work in customer service if you’re going to be unnecessarily angry and extremely mean and unfriendly and most of all unhelpful to nice customers. She had a big attitude and was very angry and mean the whole time start to finish. She thought every single thing on my ID was fake for no reason like the address part and even my last name and she had no reason at all to think anything wasn’t true?? Then whenever she was wrong she didn’t even apologize or get any less rude. She stayed rude the whole time. Even if you aren’t going to get in any kind of trouble for being rude and unhelpful to people you should do better for the sake of being able to take pride in your character and how you make others feel and help shape how their day goes

Stood in line for 30 minutes to find out that my certified letter isn't there. But I received a note from the mail carrier on my door that it was at the post office. Why was there one worker working the counter?

Literally the worst post office in the Dayton area. No matter what time, day of the week, or who you get to help you everyone is so unbelievably rude. Come here constantly for work and we never have a good experience even though we spend thousands a month sending certified mail through them. I needed a wedding invitation weighed so I could purchase correct postage. Lady yells at me that she’s open as she’s digging up her nose with a tissue for over three minutes. She used NO hand sanitizer or anything and then touches all over my envelope. Proceeds to tell me they don’t hand cancel or do non machinable mail. (which is untrue) and after I asked how every other post office you can, she told me okay yeah you can buy non machinable stamps and hand cancel them yourself. Asked for a receipt because I just know I just wasted so much time, money, and stress for these to be lost with how disrespectful and rude they are here and have zero care for their customers or work. Don’t understand why your employees are so mad and hateful when every customer I observed while waiting in line was kind, patient, and just trying to mail something or drop a package. It doesn’t hurt to treat strangers with kindness especially while you’re WORKING. If you can’t do so, don’t work in a public service role.
