I genuinely feel bad for anybody that’s forced to work with this branch. You can try to call right now, they will not pick up. You can go to the building, they will blow you off. I’m not sure if it’s understaffing, underpay or whatever that makes them rude, and unable to do their jobs. I know better than to use them, but when I’m forced to it’s always a bad time. It’s not all USPS stores, you can get ahold of everybody else around. This one happens to be terrible

Service has become very spotty. Either they dont have enough staff, or those there hide in the back. I am beginning to avoid using this location.

The staff is kind, but the lines are always long. The most frustrating thing is the far too frequent inability to use the self service dropbox for packages. The amount of times I’ve tried to drop off things either during business hours or on the weekends and the box was jammed is unacceptable.

2/27/26 around 2:45pm. Only one person working the counter. Line out the door. She lacked all reasonable customer service skills and was rude to the customers, lacking all patience that one would need when dealing with customers that are unfamiliar with mailing packages (or even simple questions like why they weren't getting mail delivered). I left and went to FedEx to send my package.
