The postal worker asked me to step aside while I filled out a customs form to china. I told him I may need help and he said he doesn’t know how to do it either, stating, “this ain’t the China post” Very disappointing to be treated like that.

Asked for help filling out a hold mail form to hold a package (which was arriving late) so I can pick up the package from the post office and physically have it sooner than if it was to be delivered. Clearly the attendant was not helpful because the package is out for delivery.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I have NEVER, EVER been treated so rudely and unprofessionally in my life. I waited probably 15 minutes to get to the front and asked the clerk to assist me with a tracking issue. The young lady was nice and was explaining her answer. I asked a clarifying question as a follow up. The clerk (Fran) on the other side of the counter said - very loudly - "You need to leave. We have other people waiting in line we have to help". I honestly didn't think she was talking to me. I was with the clerk 60 seconds, maybe 90 at most. She then yelled, "She doesn't have time to explain that again. You need to leave. We have a lot of people here". I know my mouth was agape. I said, "Well, I'm a paying customer just like all these other people." She again told me to leave because they were busy. I did leave because there was no need for a scene AND apparently no supervisor was on duty. However, UNBELIEVABLE. I wish I had a video.

If i could leave 0 stars i would. Absolutely the worst company ever. I try to avoid USPS as much as possible but had to make a return here. I needed a small piece of tape to close my box.The lady wouldn’t even give me a piece of tape to tape the top of my box. I was directed to go pay for a whole roll of tape and told “yeah we don’t do that here.” ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? One tiny piece of tape? ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!!!!

Worst damn post office on the planet. It happened again today, but every 2 or 3 weeks we get our neighbors mail instead of ours. These workers should be getting paid $8 an hour since all they want to do is walk around talking to their buddies on the phone about what kind of night they had last night instead of doing their job. If this keeps up, I am gonna demand a paycheck for having to do their job for them. Delivering mail isn't all that hard especially when eqch house has a house number that you walk right past on your way to the mailbox. I guess delivering the mail properly is rocket science
