- MNMike NortonDec 4, 20251.0I went into this post office at 2:30 PM and a very rude employee refused to help anyone and shut the gate, effectively closing the post office. I stayed around for over an hour as countless customers came in and left angry at the early closing of the post office. I rang their bell repeatedly and they actually called the police and lied, claiming I was breaking things in the lobby. The police showed up and the rude employees wouldn’t even answer the door for the cops. Bad BAD customer service.
- FGFrank GregoryDec 4, 20251.0I went there today to mail an extremely important piece of mail. It was 2:45, and the gate was closed at the register and NOBODY was there. The posted lunch break is 1 to 2 PM. I had to run to another station to drop this express off. Pretty bad considering I just work across the street and now had to spend almost an hour extra on something that should have taken less than five minutes.
