How do I give negative stars? Never in my life have I experienced consistency in incompetence as I have with this post office. It's almost astounding how they're able to mess everything up, every single time. Scientists should study the folks who work at this facility, as it's truly fascinating at how terrible they are at their jobs.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION WITHOUT AN APPT FOR PASSPORT… they will refuse to take you, say they don’t accept walk-ins even though the website says they do. They will also tell you that they stop passports at 1230 even though the website doesn’t state that. Super disappointing and irritating when you drive 20+ minutes and they give you a hard time. Do not recommend this location.

I would like to report a concern about the employee who was working at the front counter on November 17, 2025, shortly before closing. The employee appeared unusually disoriented and behaved as if they might have been under the influence of some substance, although I cannot say what the cause was. Their reactions were extremely slow, and they were unable to assist customers in a normal or professional manner. I am only describing what I observed, and I am not making any specific accusations. I simply ask that this incident be reviewed, as the behavior was highly concerning and not typical for your staff.
