I was standing in a long line at this post office, but it was normal, because it's Christmas time. I was watching in the back area and couldn't believe what I seen. They were tossing and throwing packages, mostly with Amazon postage on them, over 5 feet into bins. I seen some 10 ft throws as well. So if you wonder how they treat your orders, well there you go. They don't care to walk them over and place then in the bins correctly. It's about you wasting their time. I don't know what they thought they were going to do when they came into work today, but doing their job isn't one of them.

Clerks don't know the rules for first class mail. She tried to charge me $9 instead of $2. Unfortunately for her I knew the rules and asked for a supervisor who backed me up. I also saw her rating herself on the screen for customer satisfaction when the customer didn't click it fast enough. Highly unethical. Double check you aren't being cheated on cheaper shipping!

My mail has been tampered with/stolen twice. The first time my mom sent my son a birthday card and they opened the card and took the $20 bill inside then delivered the card in the opened envelope. The second time it was an Amazon envelope USPS delivered. The entire corner of the envelope was ripped off and they took my supplements inside. It's not someone doing it after delivery, the entire front porch is covered by cameras. I have video of both days the theft occurred. It's obvious they took the contents of the mail in between houses or before they got on the route then deliver the tampered envelopes. I filed a report and the "Postal Inspector" called me back. He just told me over and over there is absolutely nothing he can do about it. Completely worthless interaction. Pretty sure that guy's entire job is just to call all the people who get their mail stolen and tell them he's not going to lift a finger and there's nothing he can do. There is one thing you can do dude, do your job and figure out who's the thief at your branch...seems pretty simple.

The post office worker was very RUDE. I brought a package and it was not taped. I did not think this would be a problem as other post offices have always been very helpful in taping up a package if needed. She rudely remarked that she was “not supposed to tape” it for me. I thanked her for taping and labeling my package and told her that I would remember that for future reference. She completely ignored my thank you. Once she scanned the label a satisfaction screen popped up and she reached over and rated herself a green smiley face (I was not satisfied). I also work with clients and I would NEVER provide this kind of disrespectful service. Next time I will opt for another post office location.
