Literally the worst post office in the Dayton area. No matter what time, day of the week, or who you get to help you everyone is so unbelievably rude. Come here constantly for work and we never have a good experience even though we spend thousands a month sending certified mail through them. I needed a wedding invitation weighed so I could purchase correct postage. Lady yells at me that she’s open as she’s digging up her nose with a tissue for over three minutes. She used NO hand sanitizer or anything and then touches all over my envelope. Proceeds to tell me they don’t hand cancel or do non machinable mail. (which is untrue) and after I asked how every other post office you can, she told me okay yeah you can buy non machinable stamps and hand cancel them yourself. Asked for a receipt because I just know I just wasted so much time, money, and stress for these to be lost with how disrespectful and rude they are here and have zero care for their customers or work. Don’t understand why your employees are so mad and hateful when every customer I observed while waiting in line was kind, patient, and just trying to mail something or drop a package. It doesn’t hurt to treat strangers with kindness especially while you’re WORKING. If you can’t do so, don’t work in a public service role.

Everything with this place is a struggle. They lose stuff, damage stuff. It’s a struggle to get your mail everyday. The Informed delivery is a joke. Shows you have mail coming today but never shows up. So I call the neighbors to see if once again they just decided to not deliver our street again. Sure enough nobody got their mail. This happens every couple weeks. Oh it’s not a big deal they will deliver on a day that is convenient for them… SMH. Good Job USPS…..

My package was kept at the post office by “customer request” when I didn’t request anything. Hours say they close at six, so I left work early so I can pick it up. Just for them to be closed and lights off at 5:40. Complete and utter joke.

Had a delivery from this location. The item showed up in a separate bag with a not that said “sorry your item was damaged upon shipping”. The item was missing. I tried to contact USPS about the issue and was told it was not insured so I was SOL. It was a $50 item. I have purchased items with UPS and FedEx before with issues and they always resolved the problem or offered a refund. Never using USPS again.
