God forbid a person wants to file their taxes with the w-2 you’re keeping, this office sucks. I had to call and have the request reopened and escalated above their branch manager because I’ve been without mail around 3 weeks now, and this branch doesn’t wanna do their job. Figure it out

I just know it's because it was not my usual postman and it was dark and they didn't want to look for my lot number! I'm very very upset! I wish my original postman would deliver every day as he is amazing! But.... If my Amazon package that I paid PRIME to be SHIPPED & DELIVERED does not get delivered by my postman TODAY, I'm calling CORPORATE!
