I really appreciate this post office, and only use this post office. I will always go out of my way to use this post office. I know they don't have a lot of workers, but they each do make it a point to help you as much as they can, offer you the best deals the USPS can offer, and they even make sure you get all your questions answered with a smile. To the clerk’s credit, she handled each transaction efficiently and with a smile, but the stories this past spring of the branch’s “makeover” that would offer “more consistent service” are laughable. The only thing that’s ever been consistent at this branch is its ineptitude at customer service. It’s still the dingy, underperforming place it’s always been.
