Today (Monday 2/9) the branch is randomly closed again, which means no parcel service for my PO Box and my expected packages weren’t sorted for delivery. Probably the 5th random day in the last 3 months the branch is just closed and my deliveries delayed. Additionally, the parcel drop box is ALWAYS full. And if by chance it isn’t, using it means my packages won’t get scanned for 3-5 days anyway. Absolutely terrible service.

Friday's delivery was also missing a First class letter that was in our email notification but missing upon delivery. Garbage trucks and school buses are all running without delay. This is ridiculous. Good thing you people are unionized.
