Two years in a row, I have officially filed a formal change of address via their system, with verification in person as required. Not only do they fail to forward the first class mail, but they are also still delivering at the old address after a month. They told me yesterday, they have no change of address on file, yet I have all the submission data as well as the official verification letter of the in person submission. It appears they intentionally are sabotaging the system as no one could be this ignorant. This has caused my family a great deal of not only hardship, but loss of important documents. It’s shameful these employees are getting a salary from the taxpayers.
