- SDScott DillonNov 17, 20251.0The staff here treat people disrespectfully, they are flat out rude! My parents have had it and so have I! We are going to Miamisburg post office for now on. Staff are respectful, the post office is much bigger, and a close drive from West Carrollton.

- GGgreg gabbsSep 28, 20212.0If my lock opens up when your delivering my mail, please deliver it to my rental office. Instead of leaving a note saying “fix your lock”. Your already walking my apartment complex and pass the office anyway. It doesn’t hurt your route.

Inadvertently informed delivery and in my email my Vectren bill and my new credit card we supposed to be delivered on 2/1/21 they did it come. I waited a few days to see if they would come over the next couple of days. They did not. I called and some rude man told me that informed delivery has a 14 day grace period or whatever. This has never been the case before and quite frankly is absurd. I have always gotten what the email says I should get on the day abs have every other day since. This is a utility bill and a credit card not a coupon for pizza.
