  Any of you with substandard experiences with this post office, feel free to contact me. And I will share information with you. If you complain about service the branch manager unlawfully will stop your mail service. Don’t worry though There are federal whistleblower laws to protect people from retaliation. I guess she will learn this very soon. As well as what she does not know but is about to find out is 18 U.S. Code § 1709, this is a federal law if your mail is held by a USPS employee including a manager unlawfully it’s a felony especially if it’s personal property you have paid for. Those items can be considered as stolen making her guilty of theft. This is not my made up response, by all means read the laws and codes established by the federal government and the uspis entity! My mail service has been unlawfully obstructed and stopped for 5 months for nothing more than me making a complaint and stating she needed to address an issue with the carrier or keep him off my property. She immediately chose in that conversation to not do her job and address it and told me I called the police and had him trespassed from my property. even though I’m standing there telling her I didn’t plus no police ever contacted her or the carrier which would have happened if what she said I did was true. She went on to say the carrier will not deliver mail to my address and I could pay for a post office box. Later on the retaliation started when she stopped deliveries by all carriers that I never had any complaints about. I’m self employed and have been far too busy to deal with her ignorance and stupidity until now. She can not prove a single thing she accused me of as none of it is true. And in her ignorance she is consistently proving my complaints by her own actions. For me to not get mail is not a huge deal most of my important mail like bills come electronically credit cards I now have shipped via fed ex, it’s now the pure principle of it. And here’s the best part I bought and paid for items at a local macys store and paid to have it shipped to my house just to see if she would hold it and refuse delivery which she did and then when I walked into the post office she refused to hand me my purchased items being illegally held by her, she does not even realize that entire thing was designed ti see if she would break the law and she did. Plus Mine and her entire conversation was recorded and this is a slow time for me at work so it’s now time for me to devote as much time as needed to resolve this matter through the OIG the USPIS and the courts if need be. It’s difficult but by no stretch impossible to sue the usps however it’s incredibly easy to sue an employee. And I have plenty of time and money to do this.

  Let me say are previous mail lady was so nice and personal especially with are son who has special needs we didn't get mail for a few days we found out are favorite mail lady transferred the new gentleman whos deliver are is going above and beyond his job while the post office is short staffed give this gentleman a raise bonus paid vacation something were on trail on rd route god bless you mail man

  Has anyone else been getting mail sometimes ?Like on 12/22/2025 I was supposed to get mail delivered but the mail man didn’t deliver it. It’s like he delivers mail when he wants to and it’s always when it’s important mail. For a while he was delivering everyone’s mail after 6pm everyday.

  The staff here treat people disrespectfully, they are flat out rude! My parents have had it and so have I! We are going to Miamisburg post office for now on. Staff are respectful, the post office is much bigger, and a close drive from West Carrollton.
