I have been to Kettering, Oakwood,, Airway road, and Paragon road post offices. The Dayton-Xenia Road post office beats them all! They the right hours for working people and while they can get pretty busy the staff are very friendly and competent. I appreciate how many of them go the extra mile. Thank you for continuing the excellent service.

I have never been harassed by an employee before so this was a first. I was trying to ask about the different version of shipping and fees for tracking services and I was told “I don’t have time to explain this to you because there’s a line of people waiting behind you”. I had waited in line twice already to initially pick up my packaging to fill out. It wasn’t that long of a wait. I was simply trying to ask the employee what the difference was between the free tracking available for postage versus the priority mail, and he got short with me saying “I already explained this to you 5 times there’s only 2 options” yet I was not asking about those two options. I pointed to the board behind him to show him what I was asking about and he refused to answer me. No clue what is name was, he had no name tag. He rolled his eyes at me and was sighing and telling me to hurry up when I was trying to get an answer. I have never sent a package this way so I was simply trying to figure out the proper way to do something and got scolded for it by this employee in front of a dozen people. This may have been the worst I have ever been treated by an employee ever. I do not even trust that my package will be delivered now. I would not recommend shipping anything in person here to avoid having to deal with the disgruntled staff.
