- MNMike NortonDec 4, 20251.0I went into this post office at 2:30 PM and a very rude employee refused to help anyone and shut the gate, effectively closing the post office. I stayed around for over an hour as countless customers came in and left angry at the early closing of the post office. I rang their bell repeatedly and they actually called the police and lied, claiming I was breaking things in the lobby. The police showed up and the rude employees wouldn’t even answer the door for the cops. Bad BAD customer service.

The posted lunch break is 1 to 2 PM. I had to run to another station to drop this express off. Pretty bad considering I just work across the street and now had to spend almost an hour extra on something that should have taken less than five minutes.
