I walked in pretty stressed about sending my passport off, and Jack just calmly looked it over with the kindest demeanor and a genuine smile the whole time. I walked out lighter than when I came in. UPDATE: so I filed a complaint with this post office and instead of the manager addressing the problem of theft or whatever is going on there, he tells me to mail my cards a different way with tracking!
