  Horrible service behind the counter/the phone. I called bc my package was never delivered even though it said it was. It said it was delivered at noon, I called at 430 reporting my problem. Mind you, My head was head out the window all day due to me missing delivery the day before. So I called and tell them my situation. The woman on the phone is huffing and puffing the whole time I’m telling her my situation. Insisting it was delivered but I’m insisting it wasn’t, it was no where in my neighbors mailbox or mine. So I explain this is odd since it’s an iPad so it’s a pretty costly package to leave out in negative degree weather if it’s delivered to the wrong address. The woman proceeds to argue w me & tell me the weight of my package couldn’t be an iPad since it only weighed a pound and some change. Proceeding to Google the weight of an iPad? (which is 1 lb btw LOL). Asking me if it’s mini or a large & that I probably wasn’t even getting a real iPad. I insist that’s not even her business, what the hell is in the package. Her business is so to figure out WHERE my package went. Not what’s in it??. Explaining over n over NO PACKAGE WAS EVER DELIVERED EVEN CLOSE TO MY NEIGHBORHOOD. I was so alert I would’ve seen a delivery truck in my neighborhood at the very least. So idk if one of the drivers said they delivered it but kept it for themselves or if it’s at a random address. Finally after about 20 minutes of being on hold, my package gets delivered. And the delivery driver apologizes. I’m not sure what that was about. But really odd postal service, delivery driver seemed sweet so it could’ve been a complete accident and I understand that. But the problem solving skills and customer service are trash behind that phone. And after it was finally delivered, yes it was a real iPad lol just odd and confrontational for no reason

  There's so many people trying to maintain a groomed lawn and spend alot of money into doing so, but the Mail carriers just trample across your lawn as if they don't care. I wish they would respect people's property and use the walkway or the sidewalk or the driveway to deliver the Mail.

  I prefer to go to other usps post offices. This one doesn’t ask if I would like tracking on items I’m mailing out. Compared to other places this one isn’t the best…
