- OOOlenaNov 17, 20251.0I would like to report a concern about the employee who was working at the front counter on November 17, 2025, shortly before closing. The employee appeared unusually disoriented and behaved as if they might have been under the influence of some substance, although I cannot say what the cause was. Their reactions were extremely slow, and they were unable to assist customers in a normal or professional manner. I am only describing what I observed, and I am not making any specific accusations. I simply ask that this incident be reviewed, as the behavior was highly concerning and not typical for your staff.

She called for help, but no one ever came to help out. People were verbally upset. This kind of thing has been happening a lot; it's why i loathe going inside to do shipping...especially with USPS.
