Delivery driver intentionally reported mail delivered and it was not the case. The previous evening it was late and reported to a parcel locker that didn't exist, then, the next day reported delivered and behold, it was not. He/she either trashed the item or kept it for themsleves. Terrible they do that but nothing happens to them so why not. I'll never use them again. No morals. And yes, I attempted to go through the maze of filing a claim and it's a nightmare. Suppose that's why they do it.

I've only been in here twice and both times were not great. First time two of my packages had issues, one arived a week after it was scheduled and the item was ruined, and the second package was just lost. Stopped receiving updates on it and couldn't ever get a way to report either incident. Phone numbers and links went in loops. The second time I was at this location the same older guy who I had receive my last packages was here, again. He said they were closing for lunch at 1. My gf and I finished our packages up and as I was writing the exact same address as the other package he only rang up the first package and gave a total. We thought maybe it was for tracking reasons. Then he just walked away. My gf said we had two packages and this man just stood there saying he only had an hour for lunch and they would reopen at 2. I said we'll just go to another post office thinking it was 1 pm. But, I didn't even realize it wasn't 1 o'clock yet... It was 1255, maybe even earlier because we got all the way back out to my car at 1257. Dude was lazy, rude and should not be working at the front area with the customers. People leaving him good reviews must be related or friends...

Avoid this location like the plague. There's several other extremely good post offices in the area, this certainly isn't one of them. Rude employees, early closures, and extended "lunch" breaks are to be expected here. I sell items online and this is also the only local post office that's ever lost items of mine; they weren't lost in transit as they never actually made it out of this office according to tracking info. I don't know why I keep giving them a chance, but here we are.

I would leave zero stars if I could. Trying to send a package to a deployed service member and they guy didn’t want to help me. So now that the information I put on the form was incorrect they will probably send it back. Meaning I’ll probably have to spend another $20 to send to the package. Very unhappy with this place 😡
