The clerk sold me 2nd day air saver service for $150, I paid it and left. Today I checked the tracking and the package will not be arriving until Monday, 3 days after my daughter's birthday. The store owner lectured me on not reading their terms and conditions, which I supposedly signed while I was there. Turns out the UPS truck picks up at 6pm nightly, and I guess I was supposed to magically know that and correct the paid sales clerk who was misguiding me? The owner said nothing can be done and no refund, even partial, can be provided. As a business owner for my entire adult life I can say I have NEVER seen worse customer service.

He is the reason I keep coming back to this location. The guy is awesome. He deserves a raise, better yet his own store. Return products, Printing, saving a buck or two, you name it, this guy make sure I leave the store happy. Good Job Aaron. Let's not forget his team, they're all Great as well.
