- LRLiyah RayDec 8, 20251.0I worked with them before during Covid era and thought they were great but now they are the worst I have been waiting since September for somebody to call my managers and they have not.. said they can’t find me work until then but haven’t been doing their part! I called all day for weeks and nobody is ever available to take my call or even update me Lizzie is always unavailable and Laura! And they said I can’t speak to anyone is bs! I’m done with Robert half unprofessional!
- AOAshley OgdenSep 29, 20251.0I began working with Robert Half after being laid off several times this year. My representative placed me in a Buyer role at a facility in Miamisburg. However, I later discovered that 3–6 people had cycled through that same position in the past 3–6 months. During my training, I was assigned to the individual who was retiring from the role. Unfortunately, she acted unprofessionally by physically smacking my hand hard enough to leave a bruise, treating me as if I were a child. She then told me to leave for the day. Although there were witnesses, she denied this behavior when questioned. My representative assured me that he would remain in contact and help me secure another opportunity. I have since forwarded him multiple job postings that match my experience, but I have not received any updates or follow-up communication
- IBImari BurtonMay 21, 20251.0Took like 2 weeks to get my background check back. A background check for this temp agency goes back 10 years. Which is insane. Had a phone interview and did my background check to move forward with the next steps. Just for them to never reach out to me personally after multiple follows ups from myself about the job. They simply denied my application online for a TEMP JOB when i have years experience is sales, leadership, and finance lol. Most people who apply for temps barely have experience in the workforce or have some kind of criminal record. Lol I haven’t been in any trouble in nearly 10 years and it’s never been anything serious so I’m confused why we wouldn’t be moving forward after a background check. Or why it’s such an extensive background check for a temp that’s supposed to help people with backgrounds anyways. I’ve never had a felony in my life so they turn you down for 10 year old misdemeanors here. A lot of these temp services today don’t communicate with their applicants will test and background check u to death and certainly don’t care to help you, it’s almost harder to get a temp job then it is to just apply directly to the companies themselves. Don’t apply here waste of time!
