- CCCatherine ColeFeb 17, 20261.0Just had the worst USPS experience of my entire life at this location. The woman behind the counter was incredibly rude to me when I didn’t know that the package I wanted to send had to be pre-labeled (every other mailing service does it for you so I genuinely didn’t know). After going back to the end of the line and waiting another 20 minutes, she was still incredibly unpleasant and was clearly irritated that I had questions. I have never mailed an item of significant value through USPS so I felt very uncertain the whole time. The icing on the cake was when she practically yelled the value of my package to the rest of the line. I understand that this job is underappreciated and likely also underpaid but that’s no excuse to treat customers like garbage because they have questions about the process.

Instead of having one window for passports they decided to do both and have people waiting 30 mins to simply drop off a package and get a receipt. The people here are rude and obnoxious. I hope this one closes. Unprofessional and lazy. Need audited in my opinion too.
