Ever since the State Rd. store closed, I've had a number of packages to send out (couple of returns, some packages I've just shipped, etc.). This place was conveniently located and on my way so I went there, that was a mistake. Every time I've gone here has been an issue to ship a package. Employees range from OK at best to downright rude. Trying to force sales of unnecessary packaging constantly (and if you leave and come back the next day, another employee tells you that packaging was fine, you don't need all that extra stuff). Went to return an item that was shipped via UPS and was told the packaging was insufficient but they will sell me an appropriate one. How was it shipped to me in the first place if it is inappropriate packaging then? Amazon return that the page states to place in one of their bags there in the store kiosk and send back? Nope, kiosk is broken and they tell me I cannot ship the item back unless I buy an envelope and tape - couple days later I return and the kiosk is fixed, item goes in a bag and label and the person at the counter says yeah that's how they do it, why would you buy an envelope that costs more than the return?. Couldn't find my tape at home one day, stopped in and got a lecture on how they will not ship an item that isn't sealed. I said yes, I just couldn't find my tape and could they be so kind as to tape it for me? I was told no, I can buy a tape gun and a pack of tape otherwise they refuse the package. Really? I cannot have (or even buy) a piece of tape!? I have a tape gun at home and a number of rolls of tape already, I don't need more, I just couldn't remember where I put them that day. Really should not be that difficult of an issue. Especially since they waited until after I had the label made, printed and paid for, placed on the box, then I get told they refuse the shipment. It seems they have a few OK employees that are just doing their jobs and a bunch that are basically old stereotypical car salespersons trying to sell unnecessary stuff, then get rude when you don't want to buy a bunch of things there. The number of unnecessary trips I've had to make because of their attitude and inconsistent practices, I should start charging for the wasted fuel. I cannot recommend going to some different store more than enough.

Apparently a product box that shipped to me is not up to UPS standards. Reason: packaging insufficient. So I asked why. Well the box isnt a shipping box. Ok. Solution, they put it in 2 x $2 bags. Oh, ok. So it's not the box, it's that it doesn't say UPS on it. Got it! Scam. Bad customer service.
