- MDMelissa DeLaireMay 4, 20201.0I would give them no stars if it was an option! The post lady, Vicky is always very rude and shows an unwillingness to do her job every time I go in there. Most recently, I went in to mail 2 orders out for our small business. I simply asked for her to give me the Priority and Ground pricing so that i could decide which one to use. I was met with an attitude, as always. In order to keep the tracking numbers straight, I was writing everything down on a sticky note for my own reference. I asked her which was which, she replied in her usual nasty tone, "Turn it over." This person should either be fired or retired. She apparently hates her job. I have also reported this incident to the Inspector General of the USPA for review, due to the fact that one of the packages, which was supposed to go to Georgia was sent the wrong way and has now been stuck between Cincinatti and Kentucky for over a week. I believe this was done in malice by Vicky. Good luck with this place! I will be back. They will get it right.
