been waiting on 2 SMALL packages since 2-18-21.. but they keep saying that the driveway, porch and front door are inaccessible! NOT TRUE. I have been shoveling every day since the snow started because I have a small car and wouldn't be able to get my daughter to school LAZY MAIL MAN don't want to get out of his little gocart.. it's the job he signed up for. I bet he is still getting his paycheck tho! Get it together Crestline post office. People are tired of your slack job.

Usually things are great here. About 5-10 times a year, packages are delivered half a mile away or mail just never shows up after being in informed delivery. It's never our regular driver that does it. It's packages for business and bank accounts, license plates, social security cards.... I've only recovered about half of them. The postmaster usually had to get involved. And he does a good job correcting things, but it's a headache to constantly monitor everything all the time. Even with stickers in the mailbox alerting the driver to check the address here and at the other address they routinely deliver our things to, they still miss it. So now there's apparently a reminder for them when they get closer enough to either house they are supposed to be alerted to check that. The couple of people I've interacted with there have been great at fixing our issues after they happen, but those people never seen to be the ones causing the problem in the first place. It's busy, yes. Things are crazy right now with everyone working from home and the shutdown. But it's the same mistakes over and over. Yes, it's an easy to make mistake with numbers being similar, but how many safeguards need to be put in place to ensure the exact same mistakes aren't being made. Why not train people better, or just be more selective on who you hire. I would expect better from myself, so I would expect the same of them. Edit 02/19/21: the service has become even worse. Weeks to deliver a letter, 3 days for overnight mail, and packages that arrive at the local office on Monday don't get delivered all week and I had to go pick them up on Friday. They claim it's yet another new driver that keeps getting stuck and forgetting packages and not getting the route done. I'm finished with usps until they get better management. It's UPS and FedEx all the way for me from now on.
