It was 35 pounds & our mail person refused to deliver it. I thought you had a requirement of being able to lift 70 pounds? If you can't lift 35 pounds maybe time to retire??? I have a newborn & had to find a sitter to go pick up my package. Guess what? I easily lifted and walked through 3 doors to get out of the post office with zero help. I left a message for a supervisor to call me bc I wanted to make a formal complaint bc this has happened multiple times, and of course they never called me back. Very unprofessional but what can i do, right? Its not like I can change who I deal with, and they know that, don't they? At least the young man I spoke to was kind and understood my frustration. I have a feeling the older employees think their job is untouchable, and that's the problem.
