When I went in to mail something the lady was very helpful and patient. My packages are always left in a safe place. I called today because I missed a package 2 days ago and she was happy to help me have it redelievered tomorrow. Everyone I have interacted with has been polite and pleasant.

They might even hang up on you so yea that is where the tax dollars go. Quick follow up, I asked to speak with the post master-which hung up on me- she defends her self and say "you should have called me back" Also keep in mind that the phone call was only 37 seconds long. So she asked me to move to a different counter away from the other customers waiting in line and proceeded to tell me: " I'm not sure what she told you but we still have pallets back there nothing is sorted back there." Which to be honest I do feel for them, but when i asked how big are the pallets and how much is left... She refused to answer and defended it like some trade secret. Oh the most important thing is how she treated me; completely disrespectful and sarcastic. This is by far the worst customer server I had ever received.
