She explained the post office processes to him thoroughly and politely and was able to reassure him that she would do what she could to help with his issue. The process of mailing my packages was also very smooth all around. There was a nice selection of mailers with different designs and sizes and the employee who helped add my postage was nice and efficient.

We all have bad days, and I understand that, but there was no excuse for the way she spoke to me. However, I will say that the man at the desk today was very nice. Hire more people like him please!
