- RBRyan BunkerMay 14, 20192.0Had a package sent out for delivery after a failed attempt. I went to pick it up after I signed up to pick it up. They sent it back out for delivery the next day. I raised the concern with the clerk, and she proceeded to argue with me, even when I had confirmation that I could pick it up. Completely unprofessional. THE only reason I'm giving two stars is the gentleman driver that came back to the office to give me my package. Very professional.

It's one thing to make a mistake, but slacking on the job to call for a mistake and being an ass about it... Unacceptable.
