She explained the post office processes to him thoroughly and politely and was able to reassure him that she would do what she could to help with his issue. The process of mailing my packages was also very smooth all around. There was a nice selection of mailers with different designs and sizes and the employee who helped add my postage was nice and efficient.

They refused to look up service details for a particular zip code, made me fill up tedious forms, and then found out that the service is not available for the zip code. It's one thing to make a mistake, but slacking on the job to call for a mistake and being an ass about it... Unacceptable.
